This service is for conflict parties that are seeking intervention through a neutral, professional third-party that offers support, guidance or facilitation, ideally – but not ultimately – aiming at the resolution or settlement of a dispute, latent/ open conflict.

It aims at exploring alternative methods before termination of cooperation, taking up the time consuming and expensive means of an official trail at court or other spectrums of official legal avenues such as Alternative Dispute Resolution. Conflict parties need to be of age, speak the working language and participate voluntarily.

Clients may be an institution, private or public company, organisation, association and network that wants to offers two employees in conflict external guidance and support in conflict resolution. The Service is equally open to individuals having issues in overcoming differences in their (project) cooperation.
